Dear Future Friends and Patients,

We are so excited to meet you in the coming days and weeks at your next visit with us. We feel so deeply honored that Dr. Sin has chosen us to continue his legacy in caring for you and so many other treasured patients and friends here at Fremont Family Dentistry. We would like to share a bit of our story with you and look forward to getting to know you in the months to come!

We would like to introduce to you our first dental provider is Dr. Duy Ngo who graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science in 2014, he then pursued a career in dentistry and received a D.D.S degree from UNC Adams School of Dentistry in 2021. He also completed a one-year of Hospital General Practice Residency at Vidant Health and Hospitals (ECU Health) in Greenville, NC where he received an extensive training in providing dental treatment for medically complex, geriatric, and special needs patients in the hospital settings.

Dr. Ngo is also a dental officer in the Navy Reserve where he provides dental exams for our sailors in various locations throughout the U.S to ensure dental readiness among all members. He is married and has two sons – now 8 years old and 2 months old. He enjoys spending time with his family for outdoor activities and participating in soccer coaching for his older son.

Our second dental provider is Dr. Bao Hoang DMD, FICOI, FAAIP. Dr Hoang received his undergraduate degree in Biology from UNC Greensboro and graduated with an honors distinction. He then earned his DMD degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Upon graduation, he was awarded the HPSP Scholarship from the U.S. Army. While commissioned as a dental officer, he received numerous military decorations and awards for his outstanding contributions to his fellow soldiers and was honorably discharged after completing active-duty terms at Fort Bliss, TX, in 2018. Dr. Hoang is continuing to serve in the Army Reserve Unit as a general dentist with the rank of Major. He is now happy to call Raleigh, NC his home and would like to bring his gentle approach to dentistry to his patients.

Dr. Hoang is a fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP). He also belongs to the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). Dr. Hoang is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills and better serve the dental care needs of his patients, providing them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience. Dr. Hoang lives in Raleigh, NC, with his wife, son, and daughter. When not caring for patients, he enjoys his time off with family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
